We study several theoretical aspects of the intra multi-view geometry of calibrated cameras when all that they can reliably recognize is each other. Both the 2D and 3D cases are considered starting with minimal configurations related to rigidity of directed graphs. In the spatial setting for convenience we use Rodrigues' vectors, familiar from mechanics and robotics. We also examine the expected number of visible cameras and discuss some kinematical aspects of the problem.
